The Biller communicates with insurance companies, clients, and caregivers to resolve any issues related to billing or payments. Strong attention to detail and experience with medical billing software is essential.
 

Caregiver

Description: The Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They may also assist with medication reminders, companionship, and mobility support, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients. Caregivers should be patient, empathetic, and able to respond to the unique needs of each individual.
 

Administrator

Description: The Administrator oversees the daily operations of Home Sweet Home Care, managing administrative staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role includes budgeting, record-keeping, and overseeing client care plans to ensure the highest standards of service. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in healthcare administration are essential.
 

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Description: The LVN provides basic medical care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, supporting clients with health assessments, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. The LVN works closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans. Compassion, clinical skills, and a valid LVN license are required.
